Mr. Rocha advises privately held businesses and high-net-worth families on the issues that come with significant wealth and complex operations, including corporate governance, investment diligence, internal investigations, and succession planning. Over more than a decade, he has led executive teams and family office functions responsible for billions of dollars in assets, giving him a practical command of how sophisticated enterprises are run, governed, and protected.
Outside his professional work, Mr. Rocha serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Heritage School and as an Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 137.
